Student Attributes
Student Attributes are defined as follows to identify groups of students.

| 504 | Students who are enrolled in the 504 Program. | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
| Truancy - Block (CNMI Law) | Students who have 5 or more unexcused absences per semester (for block schedule); excused absences and tardies do not count. | Applies to all High Schools, and the following Middle Schools: Cha Cha, Dan Dan |
| Truancy - Traditional (CNMI Law) | Students who have 10 or more unexcused absences per semester (without block schedule); excused absences and tardies do not count. | Applies to all Elem, and the following Middle Schools: Hopwood, Dr. Rita Hocog JH, Tinian MS, Tanapag, Francisco |
| Chronic Absenteeism | Students who have 16 or more (10% of 157 school days missed) excused or unexcused absences; tardies do not count. | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
| ELL | Students who are enrolled in the English Language Learner Program. | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
| Head Start | Students who have attended a Head Start Program within CNMI PSS. | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
| Title 1 | Students who are enrolled in the Title 1 program. | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
| IEP | Students who are enrolled in the Individualized Education Program | Applies to Elem, MS, HS |
