Risk Level
A student's Risk Level is either Low, Medium, or High, based on the total count of Risk Indicators they have for that school year. The rules for each level are as follows:

| On Track | 0 Flags |
| Low | 1 - 2 Risk Indicators |
| Medium | 3 - 4 Risk Indicators |
| High | 5 or more Risk Indicators |
